Bryce L. Cotton
Bryce practices in the areas of tort and insurance defense, medical and dental malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction defects, products liability, and automobile and trucking defense. Bryce has spent his entire career at Blackburn, Domene & Burchett. He has represented and defended a broad spectrum of businesses and individuals in litigation, including insurance carriers and their insureds, healthcare companies and providers, local businesses, and construction companies.
Bryce’s trial experience includes the successful defense of companies and individuals, including alleged medical malpractice, wrongful death, automobile negligence, and general tort and negligence claims. He also has received extensive trial practice training at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in Boulder, Colorado.
Bryce has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky, and in appellate matters before the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. He has also practiced before several administrative agencies, including the Kentucky Medical Review Panel, the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure, the Kentucky Board of Dentistry, and the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
