Jennie is an experienced litigator and practices in the areas of tort, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, pharmacy malpractice, trucking and transportation, insurance defense and coverage, and professional liability. Jennie represents businesses, doctors, lawyers, health care professionals, psychologists, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals in matters ranging from general negligence to alleged criminal acts, including False Claims Act matters. She also handles administrative actions before various professional boards, including the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and the Kentucky Board of Nursing.

Jennie has successfully tried dozens of cases in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. She has received extensive trial practice training at the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Practice Institute in Boulder, Colorado and the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia. She is rated AV Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell.

Jennie is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and Kentucky Defense Counsel. She serves on the Steering Committee of Citizens for Better Judges.
