At his prior practice, Josh represented businesses in the areas of insurance defense matters, including wrongful death, premises liability, real estate, and motor vehicle accidents.
In addition to representing clients in both state and federal court throughout Kentucky, Josh has helped businesses conduct internal investigations, handle labor and employment matters through arbitration, and represented clients in administrative matters or before regulatory bodies.
Josh started his legal career as an assistant prosecutor with the Jefferson County Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, where he practiced as a general trial attorney for five years.
